i love this store!!!!

this is my favorite store!! i bought 2 pair of ripped jeans from them in 8th grade and im a high school junior now and i can still fit both of them i also bought shoes one pair i recently ordered they r the faux fur band pool slides in black size 6. they are so freaking comfy and cute! you can wear them with anything. their clothes n shoes definitely fit true to size i got a medium in all my dresses and i got a lot of room in them and my shoes i got a 6 in both of my shoes i bought from them and i have no feet problems they aren't too small and they aren't too tight. the shipping is a week wait but still all of their clothes are worth it!! whoever don't like rue21 y'all r cray crayyy!!

Hi, so as someone who has been shopping here for forever I want to tell you something that needs to be seriously addressed. Your sizes are SO incorrect. I have several "Large shirts" I couldn't even fit into as a medium. I had no scale when I was younger and this SERIOUSLY messed with my body dismorphia. And it is NO different now. Now that I am an actual large I would have to wear like a 2xl. This is EXTREMELY damaging to women. For you to put a size on there that is obviously incorrect isn't right. I still have those shirts and my sister who is a small fits into them comfortably. Now I have to shop in your "plus size" despite being a large in numerous other brands. And looking at the selection plus size clothing design is astronomically different from what all the other girls are wearing that's actually cute. Your plus size summer clothes are a small selection and only a few pieces are actually in style. It's extremely frustrating. There was no where to leave a review so this is my review.

Wouldn't give me a receipt

I would not give them my phone number at checkout to track my purchases with and they refused to give me a receipt as a result saying I couldn't return merchandise if I didn't give them my phone number. I didn't want to return, I just wanted my receipt. They refused to give in.

SOO NICE

So me and my friends had a fashion emergency and Jessica (the store manager) was so nice understanding and very helpful. Also the store selection was amazing so much cute stuff for good prices. 10/10 would recommend. I don't understand why they get bad reviews.

My Spring Outfits are Coming Together!

So excited to order a package from rue21 since their prices are so good and they have some of the latest trends for their products. The colored pants I got were only $20 which is amazing, the fit and the quality were great too! I got so many new pieces for spring and so excited to wear them!

Bad quality

The quality is so bad I have 2 pair pants that came to me. With holes already in or the seems didn't hold. 2 pair wore twice and thighs are thin now. Wasted money

My daughter ordered something’s off…

My daughter ordered something’s off line here with rue 21. They sent the packages 3 different ways no one knows where the package are. Call today for a refund they claim I have to wait for my money back until Saturday. Funny when she ordered it u took the money the same day. I’m warning those who try to use there online service it’s a joke don’t do it now I have to dispute this with my card.

Poor quality, don't waste your money

I purchased 3 pair of jeans which are already ruined after only wearing them twice. 2 of them were black and brown and are now Grey and the other pair have patches that are falling off. The boots were made cheaply

It was back to school shopping time and there was nothing more I wanted than a pair of boots that at least symbolized doc martens. I went there and bought these exact boots (refer to photo) they were barely worn and somehow the materials on the toes were starting to peel off, and not to mention the bottom yellow part came half way off when I was taking them off. I definitely do NOT recommend buying the boots, Doc Martens are worth the investment.

How long will the "processing" take when I payed for 1 day shipping?

Well I'm assuming it would take 1 business day. It'll prob take longer and they'll lie to you that it's on it's way when on the carrier website you can see it's not. Customer service is really bad in general but don't expect your stuff to arrive quickly even if u do 1 day shipping, it can arrive like weeks later

It usually takes 1-2 business days for the order to be processed and 1 business day for shipping. If you placed the order before 1 PM (Eastern time) your order should have been processed that same day.

It depends, your size isn't only based on height but weight so this person can be 5'0 or 5'7

Why does shipping take so long? I ordered 7 days ago and my order is still processing. I spoke to a customer service rep but he was no help, whatsoever. Rue 21 should be more truthful, hire better/more workers, and stop giving people the run around. It's very disrespectful to play with peoples' money.

I actually got my stuff but it did take a while, sort of. It may be international so if u live in US it'll be longer... Just be careful and if it still hasn't arrived talk to a bunch of customer service ppl and see if at least one can help u

Be careful. I ordered from them and never received. My items. Their response. So what. They never even looked into it. If they haven't charged you, call your bank and hold the money. They are horrible. Good luck.

why is my order still processing?

Had a worst experience with Rue 21. Had ordered 4 items online of which I did not get 1 item and among the other 3, two items were not which I ordered. So contacted customer care, who told me to return the wrong items and promised me refund for the missing item. But I did not get the refund for any, even after returning the wrong items. After several calls to customer care I somehow managed to get the refund for just 1 missing item. For the wrong items which I returned them, I never got refund. Every time I call customer care, they say they have issued a refund now, but of no use. I dont know whom to contact now
